Join us for a rejuvinating session of Pilates on the beach. I'll be guiding you through a 30 minute pilates class suitable for all levels. Meet like minded ladies and connect with your local community. Bring your mat (or a beach towel), and your water bottle. There's no better way to close out a Sunday than a reset by connecting with your mind, body, and community.
