Im not a bad bitch. Im just an eldest daughter of three. And as I’ve grown out of my wolf costume I’ve learned some things along the way.

It’s so important to know what you represent and what hills you’re going to die on. I deeply value balance, passion, and creativity.

Balance in perspective, relationships, and our approaches.

Passion for the things we do, the people we love, and the ideas we foster.

Creativity in our approaches to life, challenging the mold, wondering why we do things, and how we could do them better.

When you aren’t fighting your body the Luteal phase is actually kind of nice 🫣 dare I say

I’m a firm believer that we should get most of our nutrients through our diet, however sometimes your body just needs a little extra.

The Rasberry leaf tea has made the biggest difference to me. I drink it the week leading up to my period and it drasticallyyy reduces cramps and my agitation.

Pilates started with 34 exercises and was called Contrology. Over time variations, and build up exercises have been created and taught to build up the muscles your body needs for mobility, and stability

Some of these og exercises are really challenging!! (Looking at you leg pull)

What I love about Pilates is how after a few times you see improvement in your abilities.

For best results perform exercises in a meadow 75 degrees with a light breeze

And keep in mind:

Keep you core engaged and ensure no rocking as you move your legs

Send energy through your ENTIRE leg, you will feel it in your calf

Each side will probably feel different, that’s NORMAL just a side effect of living, with practice you’ll even out a bit
